415 Franklin St SE, the home of Grand Rapids Christian High School (then known as Central Christian High) from 1931-1972, is undergoing a 19 million dollar renovation to restore it to a thriving place of community, worship, education, and ministry! 

The dilapidated building is being renovated through a partnership between Madison Church and the Inner City Christian Federation to provide affordable housing to 41 families, an early childhood education center for 72 children, a chapel and gathering spaces for Madison church and the community, and office space for ICCF.
