All "really good" things sometimes don't last forever! Our hot lunch program will return to paying for lunches or free/reduced benefits. What does that mean for my students?

~ SendMoneytoSchool.com starts a new family portal beginning July 1, 2022. If you have used this online deposit service in the past, you will need to re-enroll your students. If you currently have money in your child's account, it will carry over into the new portal. You need to know your student's account number when you set up your account. There is no service fee for online deposits before October 1, 2022. You may always drop off deposits at your student's school office. As always, the family portal for deposits only takes credit cards. 

~ If you qualify for free/reduced meal benefits, please go to lunchapp.com (Grand Rapids Christian district) after August 1 to fill out an application. The site will not be active until after August 1, 2022. 

~ Lunch prices for next year? That is the big question. We will not know until we receive information from USDA. Stay tuned! Hot lunch is a great deal! Nutritious lunches with fresh fruit, vegetables, meat-meat alternatives, grains, and ice-cold milk are always served with smiles from our fantastic staff! It saves parents time and a great lunch your student enjoys.
