Evergreen Chapel and Fifth Grade Graduation

Evergreen staff and students will be having our special end-of-year chapel—graduation on the last day of school. Although this is usually an open chapel, at this time we are only allowing 5th-grade students to invite 2 guests to be at this special chapel—graduation ceremony. We will continue to practice all covid safety protocols (health screenings, masks, social distancing) while gathering outside for worship. Team 3 parents please see your classroom blog for more information on this annual chapel and graduate celebration.

Final Day Student Pick Up and Car Parade

We are excited to once again celebrate the end of the school year with a car parade on the last day of school for K-5 students. Thursday, May 27 students will be dismissed at 12:00pm and a car parade will commence at 12:10 pm. Please click here for more details on how the car parade will work.

Lost and Found 👕

We have a handful of items in our Lost and Found. Please click this link to view photos of lost and found items. If you see something that belongs to your child, email Carrie at cdoezema@grcs.org and the item will be sent home with your child. Any unclaimed items will be donated at the end of the school year.

Covid Awareness

  • Students should stay home from school if anyone in their household is waiting on Covid test results.
  • PLEASE keep the school office informed of absences, symptoms, and test results.
  • Thank you for staying vigilant and for completing the daily health screen!
  • Thank you for keeping your kids home when they have symptoms!

Water bottles💧 and Masks 😷

Please continue to send a water bottle and masks to school with your student(s).  Bottled water and disposable masks are flying off the shelves in the school office. Please help your student remember these essential items in the morning.

📚 Eagle Book Awards 2021
