🎓 Graduation Chapel
Our Team 3-olders are graduating! We will celebrate their wonderful years at Evergreen during a special Graduation Chapel on our last day of school, Friday, June 2 at 11:00 am. Please consider joining us in the gym as we honor our 5th-grade graduates!

The last day of school is Friday, June 2. We will dismiss at noon. Buses will run as scheduled. There is no aftercare on a half day.
We wish you a very happy and safe summer vacation. We will see you on August 16, the first day of the 2023-24 school year. Please visit the links below for the school calendars and supply list. More back to school information will be emailed in late July. The Evergreen office will be closed for the summer. Emails and voicemails will be checked once a week.
Report Cards

Check the Evergreen Campus Lost and Found TODAY! All unclaimed items will be donated to New 2 You after school is out on June 2.
Recess Volunteers
The K-5 lunch recess volunteer schedule through the end of the year is available and awaiting your sign up! All volunteers to the GRCES Evergreen campus must pass a background check before they may volunteer. Please fill out the following google form with all the pertinent information at least one week before you plan to volunteer. Volunteer clearances are considered good for one year. You will only be contacted if your background check does not clear. Volunteer Clearance Form

Covid and General Health Awareness
- PLEASE keep the school office informed of any symptoms, illnesses, and test results that prevent your student from attending school. All absences need to be reported to the school office (ev-attendance@grcs.org, 616.574.5990)
- Thank you for keeping your kids home when they are sick. Children who have two or more cold-like symptoms, any child with a fever, and any child who vomits or has diarrhea should remain out of school for 24 hours after symptoms subside and without the use of medication.
- Current covid protocols, should your student test positive, are to stay home and isolate for five (5) days and then resume activities in a well-fitted mask for five (5) days.
