Evergreen Year End Picnic & Art Show

Save the date! The Evergreen Year End Picnic and Art Show will be held on Wednesday, May 24. More details to Come next week!

Family Fun Night - This Friday!

Wristbands ordered ahead of time will be coming home on Monday or Thursday this week.  Hopefully, students will be eager enough to pass them on to parents right away. If you find yours do not come home, just let us know at the gate when you arrive at the event. There will be wristband sales available at the event so feel free to come even if you didn't preorder. Wristbands include: unlimited play of all games, inflatables, as well as a bag of popcorn, bottle of water, and frozen treat of choice from the ice cream truck.

We are also excited to offer 5 options for dinner for you this year at Family Fun Night!  We realized last year the lines were so long, so we made sure to have more options to make eating at the event more enjoyable. Please try one of our options and support some local businesses!  Here’s this years lineup:  The Falafel Truck, Los Pinches Mexican Cuisine Truck, Patty Matters, Pizza Hut and Chic-Fil-A. Price points will vary from $3-12 dollars an item or plate depending on vendor.  Most vendors will take credit, apple pay, or cash. Feel free to find a spot mid-field to eat near your grade level sign. It's a great chance to meet up with other families of your children's ages.

Also, new this year - a dunk tank!  The 100 Year Celebration is underway for Grand Rapids Christian Schools.  We want to do our part in starting off the campaign and fundraising for the next big initiative.  Mr. DeJonge will be present at the Family Fun Night event and speaking about this campaign and the continuation of 100 more years of GRCS. So, here is one chance for our our students to participate. Bring some cash to pay for a chance to knock Mr. Barkel, Mr. Schultze, Senora Abreu, and a variety of teachers into the dunk tank on Friday!  $2/ball or 3 for $5.
