The International Student Program is looking for a little social media engagement help.

This could be done as a classroom internship for a semester (or year) during the 2021-2022 school year or it could be a paid position (about 3-4 hours/week). If you are pretty tech savvy and have an interest in learning about the ISP and helping spread the word about GRCS, please stop by the International Student Program office (room 202 by the prayer wall) to ask questions, grab an application and talk with Mrs. Williams.

Part time Job with the football team

The football team is in need of 1-3 student managers to help organize equipment, film practice (with a camera and/or drone), potentially make highlight videos, and other activities to be determined. Hours would be in the morning during summer and after school in the fall. Students will be provided some Eagle football gear and will be involved on game days. Payment will likely be a stipend based on how much work is performed. Please talk to Coach Sundberg if interested - ksundberg@grcs.org or stop by room 220.

Ranked, A New Musical is coming to a screen near you! 🎭

You don’t want to miss our Spring Musical. Ranked tells the story of a dystopian world where academic competition reaches new heights as public leaderboards define each student’s worth. In the face of an intense and perverse culture of performance, Lily must come to grips with her place in the status quo as she watches friends and enemies alike destroy themselves and each other to score their way to the top. When an unthinkable lie is discovered, the fate of these students’ futures hangs in the balance.
Ranked will be presented Thursday, April 29, Friday, April 30, and Saturday, May 1. All performances are at 7:00pm and will be livestreamed from our auditorium.
As always, HS students will be able to view the event for FREE!
Watch your student email for your unique student promo code and instructions on how to secure your digital ticket to the show.

Are you interested in Spanish culture? Perhaps you are studying Spanish and enjoy hospitality. If so, then this could be a great opportunity for you and your family! FACES - Cultural Exchange

As many of you know, each year our school hosts students through the FACES Program

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ambassadors were not able to attend last fall. However, the Guatemalan students have continued with their preparation in Guatemala and will participate in this Cultural Exchange in the 2021 fall and are eager to be a part of our community.

These young participants spend nearly two months living with a host family while attending classes and participating in extracurricular activities at school. The program has led to wonderful friendships and has provided our students and our guests with a widened perspective of the world.

If your family would like to consider Hosting a Guatemalan Ambassador during the 2021 Fall; we encourage you to join a Zoom Meeting hosted by the FACES Team Coordinators.

Also, the FACES Team will present an exciting opportunity to learn more about the opportunity of Visiting Guatemala for a Summer Program in 2022, that includes a wonderful Community Service Project with a local school in their country.

Date: Thursday, May 6th 2021

Time: 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
