AP Testing Next Week
Beginning next week Monday, May 3, and continuing through Monday, May 17, there will be no bells or "tones" of any kind during the school day. This is due to AP testing which requires no distractions. Please cooperate with your teachers to be in your classroom on time and remain until the usual dismissal time. Your cooperation is appreciated!
Congratulations to the following Orchestra students who received the Outstanding Performance award coming out of the MSBOA (Michigan School Band and Orchestra Association) Virtual State Solo and Ensemble Festival held in March. The International Student Program is looking for a little social media engagement help.
This could be done as a classroom internship for a semester (or year) during the 2021-2022 school year or it could be a paid position (about 3-4 hours/week). If you are pretty tech savvy and have an interest in learning about the ISP and helping spread the word about GRCS, please stop by the International Student Program office (room 202 by the prayer wall) to ask questions, grab an application and talk with Mrs. Williams.

Ranked, A New Musical is coming to a screen near you! 🎭
You don’t want to miss our Spring Musical. Ranked tells the story of a dystopian world where academic competition reaches new heights as public leaderboards define each student’s worth. In the face of an intense and perverse culture of performance, Lily must come to grips with her place in the status quo as she watches friends and enemies alike destroy themselves and each other to score their way to the top. When an unthinkable lie is discovered, the fate of these students’ futures hangs in the balance.
Ranked will be presented Thursday, April 29, Friday, April 30, and Saturday, May 1. All performances are at 7:00pm and will be livestreamed from our auditorium.
As always, HS students will be able to view the event for FREE!
Watch your student email for your unique student promo code and instructions on how to secure your digital ticket to the show.
