Kakuma READ-A-THON Results

We did it!
We read SO much during our three week Read-A-Thon to raise money for books at the Kakuma Refugee Camp in Kenya.  Thank you to all who did their part.

    •    Our goal was to buy 500 books for Kakuma.

    •    We raised $6,592.75.

    •    That is enough money to buy 659 books!

From the Luk Family (founders of the Kakuma Book Project):
The elementary school has done a tremendous work! This year, we will stock the refugee library with enough books.  May our loving God pour his blessing upon the entire elementary school. Please keep us in prayers.
