Dear Rockford Christian Families,

Thank you! Our students raised over $42,000 and blessed others with nearly 1,500 acts of kindness throughout our two-week Harvest Hustle Fall Fundraiser.

• Why it matters: These funds go directly to enriching your child’s educational experience at Rockford Christian. From playground equipment to playscapes and classroom supplies to class trips, students are well supported to learn and grow thanks to your generosity and support. 

I saw lots of smiling faces during Friday’s festivities and am grateful to our wonderful PTO and volunteers for bringing our community together in such a special way. I hope you heard about all the fun from your child or even got to come participate yourself. 

• I was having a great day until our assembly, when, unbeknownst to me, I “enjoyed” an afternoon meal of silkworms, a scorpion, and a tarantula! Thankfully, I was given a dirt soda to wash it down…

One of the the defining aspects of Rockford Christian is our supportive community; we have so many opportunities to be Christ to one another at RCS and follow Jesus. Thank you!
