COVID Awareness

  • PLEASE keep the school office informed of absences, symptoms, and test results.
  • Remember to keep your kids home if they are feeling ill, even if they have tested negative for Covid. We still want to avoid spreading other illnesses.
  • Thank you all for your patience and understanding!

A Note From Outdoor Education

In retrospect, I am labeling this year of Outdoor Education as successful. While on paper this was our second year of OE at RCS, in many ways it felt like the first year because the restrictions of COVID and what we were allowed to do and go were lessened. I would like to use this final entry to simply say thank you to the greater RCS community for embracing this program and viewing it as something so vital that my position as the curator of it all was essential. Your children have had the opportunity to grow in their knowledge of God's incredible world and our duty to care for it. I consider it a privilege to escort your children on this journey of appreciation.

We are still collecting cans and spare change for the Plainsong Farm! We currently have $81.43 but I have at least one more trip to Meijer looming because of what is in the corner of my room! Thanks for your generosity in these special projects as well. Have a great summer... and slow down to see the world!
