Christmas is all about the eternal Son of God humbling Himself to 'become flesh and dwell among us' (John 1:14).

He didn't come here on a holiday from Heaven, but 'to serve and to give His life as a ransom for many' (Mark 10:45).

As we celebrate Jesus birth we are reminded that there was a purpose in all of his life.  His birth was a humble beginning and the "word became flesh".

He came to restore to us the God-given life that had been lost through the disobedience and rebellion of our forefather, Adam. His mission was proclaimed a total success through His amazing resurrection from the dead at the conclusion of His brief 33-year period of 'dwelling among us' (John 1:14).

His ministry was inclusive and spread through all the world. His death was a gift to us to and reminds us that nothing can separate us from such a loving God who was willing to sacrifice his son for us.

Merry Christmas to all of our RCS Families.
