Our students flourish in our tapestry of academics, friendships, family, athletics, technology, community, and faith. With these bountiful options, the result is a place students are proud to find themselves every day.
With an exceptional education, one that’s deeply rooted in faith, students are prepared to grow and succeed—in school and beyond.
With five campuses located throughout Grand Rapids and Rockford, we educate over 2,300 students annually and nurtures the lives of a spiritually, culturally, and economically diverse student body. Here, students are enabled to reach their fullest potential through a dedicated faculty, well-equipped facilities, up-to-date technologies, and a spirit of appreciation and inclusiveness that is seen and felt.

What is day-to-day life like at our schools?
For our students, parents and alumni, being part of Grand Rapids Christian is like being part of a family – a diverse family of multiple denominations, ethnicities and ages that is united by a shared commitment to Christ-centered education.
Each day, our students have real-life lessons and experiences that come from exploring and serving their neighborhoods.
Faith. Diversity. Academic excellence. Community involvement.
That’s day-to-day life at Grand Rapids Christian Schools.
We are an independent, nonprofit, Christian school system, governed by an elected Board of Trustees whose membership consists of parents, staff, donors, and alumni. The Superintendent is the chief administrator of Grand Rapids Christian Schools. Grand Rapids Christian Schools is a member of Christian Schools International, an association of Christian schools in the evangelical, reformed tradition, which embraces its calling to fully integrate a Christian worldview in all classrooms, on the athletic fields, and throughout the fine arts.
