Evergreen Principal's Corner

Team Time is an important and unique part of the school week at Evergreen.  

Students form bonds with children from multiple grade levels. Those friendships strengthen the Evergreen community.  These past few weeks the Team Time groups have focused on communicating through art. Students in grades K-5 had the opportunity to visit Meijer Gardens two weeks ago.  While at the gardens students observed and sketched some of the sculptures. Since then students have been creating paper sculptures during Team Time. It's been exciting to work with Evergreen students this year as they've learned about different ways to communicate.

Give thanks to the Lord, call on his name, make known among the nations what he has done.
Sing to him, sing praise to him, tell of all his wonderful acts.
