The following businesses and organizations have job openings posted in the Counseling Office:

Counselors are offering each junior student and his/her parents the opportunity to meet and discuss college plans with your counselor.

The conferences are optional and are scheduled between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. 

Parents must fill out the Junior Parent Questionnaire in SCOIR before scheduling a Junior Conference.

PROCARE Landscape

JOB TITLE: Part Time

JOB DESCRIPTION: PROCARE Landscape is looking for individuals for shoveling and salting sidewalks this winter. This is a great opportunity for high school students, college students, and individuals looking for a second job with great pay!!! Pays $19-$22 per hour.

The Bluff Banquet and Event Center

Amped Reality

JOB TITLE: Part time, short term position

JOB DESCRIPTION: Amped Reality - a new Virtual Reality Entertainment Center - is looking for an out-going, energetic high school student to tell the Grand Rapids Community about their Virtual Reality birthday parties and Glow parties and, of course, that Amped Reality is a fun place to go with friends.  The position will pay minimum wage and a performance bonus, in addition to free Virtual Reality (and reduced cost for your friends).  This would be only 3-5 hours per week and temporary.  Much of the effort will involve handing out fliers.  This would be a great opportunity for a student interested in sales or marketing in the future.  Amped Reality is located just West of Woodland Mall, but much of the work will be done in the community.  Age should be 15 to 18 years old.

JOB TITLE: Shift Leaders & Team Members/Superfood Ninjas - full time/part time

JOB DESCRIPTION: Vitality Bowls specializes in making delicious açaí bowls, which are a thick blend of the açaí berry topped with organic granola and a selection of superfood ingredients. Additional antioxidant-rich menu items include smoothies, fresh juices, soups, salads and panini. Eagle Crest GRCHS Student Ambassadors

The Eagle Student Ambassadors serve as representatives for Grand Rapids Christian High School and Grand Rapids Christian Schools. They serve in a variety of ways, including:

  • Serving as a host to a student visitor (shadow)
  • Serving as a host to a new student
  • Leading family and student tours
  • Host visiting college representatives
  • Volunteering at GRCHS admissions and other events
