Dear GRCMS Families,
Each year, God graciously gives us the gift of changing seasons—each with its own rhythm and purpose. Summer, in particular, invites us to slow down and embrace rest, deepen relationships, and spend quiet, unhurried time with God to reflect on His awesome creation. I hope this summer offers your family a change of pace and meaningful time together.
Looking ahead, I’m filled with anticipation for the 2025–2026 school year and our district-wide theme: Sing a New Song // Canta un cántico nuevo. This call from Scripture invites us not only to make music but also to embrace renewal, transformation, and a life responsive to God’s ongoing work. In the Psalms, we see this phrase surface during moments of deep gratitude and fresh revelation—reminding us to praise God in new and vibrant ways. We are eager to explore this together as a school community.
Please mark your calendars for these two important events:
- Back to School Open House: Monday, August 18, 6:30–8:00 p.m.
- Classroom Connect: Thursday, September 11, 6:30 p.m. — a chance to meet teachers and hear about the year ahead.
As we prepare for a new year, we do so fully reliant on God’s provision. We welcome your prayers—for our students and families, our staff, and the final preparations still ahead. We trust that God will continue to shape us as His servants and guide us in following Him.
Blessings,
Sara Seth
