Connect with other classmates to form a planning committee.

Request a class list from the GRCS Development Office, and begin looking for lost classmates. Encourage classmates to update their information here.

Set up a class Facebook Group to get the word out and start engaging classmates.

Determine the preferred type of event (picnic, casual gathering, formal dinner, etc.).

Choose a date or time of year (fall, summer, etc.).

Create a budget to anticipate the cost of the event (e.g. venue, printed materials and postage, food and drink, decorations, entertainment, etc).

Choose a location whose style you think will work best for your class. Reservations should be made well in advance.

Plan the event, including the menu, entertainment, and decorations.

Tours of the high school can be arranged by contacting the Development Office.

Set the price per person, including all anticipated costs.

Pass along the details of your celebration to the Development Office so they can be added to the GRCS website.

If needed, the Development Office can assist with a printed invitation as well as an emailed save the date and invitation for the event.

Post the details on your class Facebook Group, and engage alumni with additional posts such as memories or pictures from your school days.
