THANKS TO YOU,
ADE IS BUSY PREPARING FOR HER FUTURE.
This past year, Ade graduated from the University of Chicago and is now in her first semester at Stanford University School of Medicine. Ade received the Knight-Hennessy Scholarship which is designed to bring Stanford students studying in different fields together to collaborate and create solutions to some of our world’s most complex issues. Ade is a Communicator and a Collaborator. She is a Creative Solution Finder. Ade is a Portrait of a Grand Rapids Christian Graduate.
In 2010, when Ade began high school at Grand Rapids Christian, becoming a doctor was only a dream. Ade recalls, “I am so thankful for the opportunity to pursue a global career in medicine. These are things I hoped for while in high school that I now see God making possible. GRCS prepared me exceptionally well for college and was supportive throughout every aspect of my high school experience. I am forever grateful for the teachers and staff who encouraged and supported me.”
In 10 years, Ade plans to be a physician serving in low-resourced settings across the globe to help build up and work within underserved communities. Ade is a Justice Seeker. She is a Thoughtful Neighbor. Ade is a Disciple of Christ.
A gift to the Eagles Fund helps to create accessibility and affordability so students like Ade can realize their full potential and achieve their dreams. They are prepared to be more because of the investment our staff, faculty, and philanthropic community continue to make in them.
None of this would be possible without you.
Everything on our campuses from financial aid to academic programs, outstanding faculty to fine arts and athletic experiences are supported through generous donations just like yours.
