2018 FLES SOCIETY LUNCHEON DETAILS

This year, we have the pleasure of hearing from Mrs. Kara Van Drie. Kara is a parent of an 8th grade Grand Rapids Christian Middle School student and twin 4th grade Evergreen Christian students. She is the chair of the Parent/Teacher organization at Evergreen and a member of the Advancement Committee. Kara graduated from Unity Christian High School in Hudsonville and attended Calvin College where she earned a Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in English. She and her husband, Brian, own Paddling.com, an on-line resource for paddle-sports and she also spends her time at Wildwood Family Farms in Alto, MI.
